Total Core "Burn" workout

“The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides a champion from someone who is not a champion.”

Today I want to share with you a fitness regime that my fitness coach had planned a few days ago. I really loved the core workout and decided to share it with others.

Core Burn Challenge for the active gym-goers :

Here's the 45 minute "Burn your Core" schedule and below the regime are the videos of learning how to do each of the exercises.

Why are the Fatmagul series a must watch?

Fatmagul is the most watched series in Turkey. The series was dubbed in Hindi and was first aired in India on the channel Zindagi in 2014. Knowing your Body Type (Are you an Ectomorph, Mesomorph, or Endomorph?)

Fitness goals! Most people definitely have one. Some want to gain weight, some want to lose, and others want to maintain it. And why not?
